(PLANO – October 22, 2013) The Plano Family YMCA youth basketball league has no tryouts; kids participate in every game and receive equal playing time regardless of skill level.
Registration is open until November 10th for PreK/Kindergarten through sixth grade.
Practices begin the week of November 17th. Season begins December 7th and consists of 8 games. Each team receives one hour of gym practice time per week.
Practices for PreK-2nd will take place at the Plano Family YMCA. Practices for 3rd-6th will take place at Wyatt Elementary School in Plano. Games will be played at the Plano YMCA, McKinney YMCA and various McKinney ISD schools.
Registration can be done Online HERE, or at the Plano Family YMCA any time.

PreK-Kinder $77/$97 YMCA Member/Non Member Rates
1st-6th $85/$105 YMCA Member/Non Member Rates
“We are looking forward to a FUN basketball season!” said Kent Voyles, Plano Family YMCA Sports Coordinator. “Youth Basketball at the Y develops fundamental basketball skills, teaches teamwork, promotes physical activity and values in a team environment.”
