(ROCKWALL – October 23, 2013) My Guardian for Life and Rock Ridge Assisted Living & Memory Care Community in Rockwall present a special program about Honor Flight DFW at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6 at First United Methodist Church of Heath.
Honor Flight is a network of volunteers established for the express purpose of getting as many WWII veterans as possible to Washington, DC to view the WWII Memorial. Hear from Linda Robinson who is currently a guardian/volunteer with Honor Flight DFW, as she shares how seeing the DC war memorials through the eyes of a WWII veteran is an honor.
