(ROCKWALL ISD – October 22, 2013) This past Saturday, Sydney Heimer from Nebbie Williams Elementary was selected to perform in the 2013-2014 Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) Junior High/Middle School All Region Orchestra.
She auditioned against more than 140 6th, 7th and 8th grade students. Sydney is the first student to ever be selected from Nebbie Williams Elementary.
