Calling All Jacket Football Fans!
(ROCKWALL – October 30, 2013) Playoff Fever is building! The Rockwall Yellowjacket football team has a very important game this Friday night at Hanby Stadium in Mequite against the Mesquite Skeeters. The Jackets are in a fight for a post-season spot and this week’s game could determine if the Jackets make it to the playoffs. The coaches and players are working overtime this week to prepare for the most important game of their season.
Coach Webb has asked to have a HUGE turnout with lots of “Loud, Screaming and Rabid Yellowjacket Fans!” To help get things started, the Jacket Backers will host a Jacket Nation Fan Rally in circle in front of Rockwall High School beginning at 4:45 pm Friday. Wear you Rockwall orange and bring a friend or two!
The Rally starts with a send off for the team. The buses will load at 5:05 and depart at 5:15 sharp.
Immediately following the send off is a Fan Rally so bring noise makers, signs and lots of enthusiasm. The Jacket Backers will be awarding prizes during the Jacket Nation Fan Rally for the following:
Craziest Dressed Fan
Best Decorated Vehicle
Most Creative Stadium Sign
The first 20 cars to line up for the caravan will get a Free Yellowjacket Window Flag!
