She was in deplorable shape when she was rescued by Rockwall Pets. Her fur had to be shaved since she was completely matted and filthy. And because she wasn’t well taken care of, she wasn’t fully trusting of people.
But now that she’s in loving hands, Pepa is clearly blossoming. She’s come to the realization that her worst days are behind her. Now imagine how happy those eyes will be once she discovers how much she’s loved.
