Toto is a delight. Her happy nature means she gets along just fine in any situation. She’ll ignore any witches or flying monkeys that come her way. She’s just interested in your love and attention.
The poor little dog wasn’t well taken care of in her previous life, so she had some skin issues when she was rescued by Rockwall Pets. But Toto is recovering nicely. She’s patiently waiting for you to make her wish come true. As Toto believes: “There’s no place like home.”
