ROCKWALL (November 3, 2013) Dodie’s Cajun Diner at The Harbor in Rockwall, along with sponsor AFS Texas Foundation Repair, will host a special fundraising event for Legacy Boxer Rescue from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, November 10.
Fifteen percent of all food purchases will be donated back to Legacy Boxer Rescue, a volunteer organization dedicated to creating better, happier legacies for Boxers whose futures would otherwise be uncertain.
Enjoy great food, mingle with Boxers, and take part in hourly raffles for pet treats, dog collars, leashes, pet clothes and all kinds of canine-related prizes.
Cash donations are needed as well as pet items like dog food, towels and blankets, rugs, gift cards to SAMs, Costco, pet stores and Walmart.
In addition to the 15% of the afternoon’s food purchases going back to Legacy Boxer Rescue, all attendees who bring an item to be donated or give a cash offering will receive a 20% off coupon good on their next visit to Dodie’s!
Dodie’s is located at 2067 Summer Lee Drive in The Harbor District on the eastern shore of Lake Ray Hubbard. Dodie’s is Rockwall’s rendition of Bourbon Street, specializing in Cajun, Creole and authentic New Orleans cuisine.
