ROCKWALL (November 25, 2013) The Association of Pool and Spa Professionals awarded Pool Stop with the Bronze Award this week at a ceremony in Las Vegas, Nevada.
President of Pool Stop, Harvey Rippy received the Bronze Award on behalf of Pool Stop. The APSP International Awards of Excellence program recognizes and rewards installations of pools, spas, hot tubs, and water features that showcase the most beautiful and creative work in the industry. Pool Stop received the award in the “Infinity Pools” category*.Pool Stop has been designing custom pools for Texas residents for more than ten years and this is the second time the company has been recognized for its design superiority by APSP, the first time in 2008.
Harvey Rippy opened Pool Stop ten years ago with the hopes of bringing greater choices of swimming pools, supplies and service to the Rockwall and Heath residents just outside of Dallas. Since then, the company has grown to build hundreds of pools and services thousands of households annually spanning the local, Metroplex area.
Rippy added that his small business is excited to participate in American Express’ “Shop Small” campaign taking place on “Black Saturday” this November.
“Thanks to our customers, we are able to support many local organizations in our community, and I love being able to promote Rockwall as a great place to live. We’ve grown right along with Rockwall, and still enjoy the “hometown” feel,” he added.
Shoppers who use their American Express card on Black Saturday at participating small businesses, like Rockwall’s Pool Stop, will receive a $10 credit on their upcoming American Express bill.
