ROCKWALL (February 22, 2014) The Fifth Annual Green Door 5K, 10K and One Mile Fun Run will be Saturday, March 29, 2014 at Harry Myers Park in Rockwall. The event benefits Children’s Relief International and Helping Hands of Rockwall County.
Registration is at 7:30 a.m. The one-mile fun run begins at 8:30; the 5K and 10K start at 9. Registration fees are $35 for the 5K, $40 for the 10K, or $25 for the One Mile Fun Run. Kids 10-15 years old are only $10; younger children are free.
The event typically draws more than 300 runners and nearly 500 total people in attendance. There will be live music, food and fun! Vendor booths and race sponsorships are available.
