ROCKWALL (February 4, 2014) Rockwall Art League is proud to announce a three day workshop with master impressionist Scott Mattlin. The event will be held April 6,7 and 8 from 9:30am-4pm daily at Harry Myers Community Center in Rockwall.
This 3-day landscape painting class will focus on color, texture and light. Students will learn a variety of techniques and receive one-on-one instruction.
