ROCKWALL (February 10, 2014) The 2014 Rockwall Art League Tom Collins Memorial Scholarship for Fine Art in the amount of $1,000 is available to a Rockwall graduating senior planning a career in the visual arts including 2-D, 3-D, and graphic arts or an art-related field requiring higher education. It is not available for the performance arts.
