ROCKWALL, TX (March 25, 2014) Hill Ruboko was presented the Rotary Student of Honor Award at the March 20th lunch meeting of the Rockwall Rotary Club.
Hill attends Billie Stevenson Elementary School, and is the first student from the school to be selected as a Rotary Student of Honor. Hill was recognized for his outstanding leadership and academic achievement.
Principal Mike Pitcher presented the award.
