ROCKWALL, TX (March 19, 2014) Rockwall Women’s League is now accepting grant requests from non-profit agencies that provide services to the Rockwall County community. The deadline for submission is April 1, 2014.
Proceeds from Rockwall Women’s League’s annual fundraising charity ball will be used to provide grants to area not-for-profit organizations and scholarships for Rockwall County high school graduating seniors. Last year, RWL awarded $31,000.00 to area organizations and $61,000.00 in scholarships.
This year’s charity ball, “Club 40: Jazz at the Ruby Room,” will be held April 12th at The Omni Hotel in Downtown Dallas. To contribute or attend, please contact Alison Fox at 972-771-6508 or ballchair@rockwallwomensleague.org.
Grant requests should include the following details:
- Program name
- 501(c)3 Identification number
- Program description
- Program beneficiaries
- Amount requested
