ROCKWALL COUNTY, TX (March 31, 2014) Join the Rockwall County Master Gardeners for the Spring Plant & Seed Swap, a popular seasonal event on Saturday, April 5, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (OR until the plants are gone – and they do go fast!)
The Swap will be held at the Discovery Garden located at 875 Riding Club Road. You do not need to bring any plants or seeds in order to participate. The gardeners with giveaways want to share them!
If you do have plants or seeds to swap, bring them in bags or plastic pots. Identification of the plants is highly encouraged. This activity is a great way to find out what grows in other landscapes in our area. And you will have the added advantage of getting advice from the gardener who grew them successfully. The Plant and Seed Swap is free to the public and no preregistration is required.
