Meals on Wheels put volunteer couple in the spotlight

ROCKWALL COUNTY, TX (April 25, 2014) Meals on Wheels Senior Services of Rockwall County recognizes volunteers Dale and Frances Stroope.

Dale and Frances began their volunteer services with the Meals on Wheels about four years ago and work together as a team.  Currently they are delivering to the Evergreen at Rockwall Senior Living.

Dale and Frances also volunteer with the Red Cross’s Shelter Team, and they have worked several disasters during their five years on the disaster team.

Additional volunteer efforts are three years with the Dallas Baptist Men’s Association in disaster relief and 20 years at Lakepointe Church where they worked in the nursery and assist with church administration.

Thanks to Dale and Frances for all that they do.
