ROCKWALL, TX (May 31, 2014) Rockwall Soroptimist and County Clerk Shelli Miller (left) and Susan Reeves, Soroptimist Scholarship Chair (right) presented a Susan Faulkner Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $2,000 to Caroline Marlett, who will be attending Stephen F. Austin University in the fall.
