ROCKWALL, TX (May 23, 2014) Congressman Ralph Hall and Lt. General, USAF NASA Astronaut (Ret.) Thomas Stafford (Apollo 10) addressed residents of Liberty Heights Gracious Retirement Living this afternoon, 
during a special Memorial luncheon honoring veterans. Congressman 
Hall presented a flag that has flown over the U.S. Capitol.
The Tri-County Veterans Honor Guard posted the colors and recognized the veterans at Liberty Heights by calling their names, saluting and presenting each of them with a patriotic pin.
