Meals on Wheels Giveback Night June 23 at Dodie’s

ROCKWALL, TX (June 21, 2014) Dodie’s Cajun Diner at The Harbor in Rockwall will host a Giveback Night from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, June 23 benefiting Meals on Wheels Senior Services of Rockwall County. Fifteen percent of all food purchases (excluding drinks) will be donated back to MOWSS.

Bring friends and family to pack the house to help feed our community’s homebound seniors. Meals on Wheels board members, volunteers and supporters welcome you to join them to enjoy great food for a great cause.

With recent cuts in government funding, MOWSS relies on community support more than ever to keep its mission alive:  to keep the elderly and disabled citizens of Rockwall County living in their homes as long as safely possible through supportive services, nutritious meals and daily human contact.
