ROCKWALL, TX (June 16, 2014) The tabloids are full of botched plastic surgery victims. Many of the names are familiar: Joan Rivers, Michael Jackson, Suzanne Somers, Melanie Griffith. Gidget didn’t intend to be on that list, but here she is.
Unlike those celebrities, Gidget’s surgery wasn’t her choice. An amateur tried to crop her ears when she was a puppy in an attempt to make her look like a tough dog. The results were, well, amateurish.
Perhaps they gave up in frustration when they realized Gidget’s sweet face would never look menacing. Also unlike those celebrities, Gidget managed to hang on to her beauty even after the botched surgery. She’s still a happy, playful young dog who has plenty of love to share.
