The theme this year is “Rowlett Up Close” to focus on People, Places and Things in the Rowlett area with an emphasis on close observation that often is lost to the casual observer.

Cash awards will also be made with the opportunity to have winners works included in the Rowlett Dart Station Display tentatively planned for late 2014.

Submissions will be accepted from 10am until noon on Saturday September 6th at the Rowlett Public Library.
