A conference on water solutions

ROCKWALL COUNTY, TX. (July 3, 2014) On Saturday August 9 from 10 – 1 pm the Rockwall County Master Gardener Association and Rockwall County Leadership Advisory Board will host a conference to offer solutions to homeowners on water management and care strategies for their landscapes under water restrictions.

Topics will include:

Understanding the water situation
Recognizing a healthy landscape
Retrofitting existing irrigation systems
Future expectations from our municipalities

The location for this event is Liberty Hall at the Rockwall County Courthouse, 1111 E. Yellowjacket Lane, Rockwall.

Cost is $10 before August 6, and $15.00 at the door. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m

Businesses who wish to help sponsor the event are encouraged to contact the Rockwall County Extension Office at 972.204.7660 By helping to sponsor the event, businesses will receive a space to showcase their business.
