Teams forming for Rockwall HeartChase at The Harbor

ROCKWALL, TX (July 28, 2014) Rockwall HeartChase organizers and Team Captains gathered July 23 for The HeartChase Kickoff at the Hilton Dallas Rockwall Lakefront. Karen Parks organized games for everyone to play at the Kickoff that gave the fun vibe for the event.

The Kickoff was designed to inspire and recruit teams in anticipation of the upcoming HeartChase event on September 27 at The Harbor.

Rockwall HeartChase brings friends and co-workers together to collect clues, solve puzzles and complete checkpoints in the quickest time possible.

Presented by the American Heart Association, the community-wide challenge combines the spirit of The Amazing Race with wacky team-based games like Minute-to-Win-It. Throw in a little friendly competition and one very important mission, and the result is zany fun with a purpose.

Teams of two to five players can register now at heartchase.org for the September 27 event. There is no registration fee this year! Teams may be asked to build a literal food pyramid, learn a quick exercise routine, or find things of interest in the community. Throughout the journey, participants will learn new ways to live a healthier lifestyle.
