Rowlett Library celebrates Doctor Who

ROWLETT, TX. (August 18, 2014) The Rowlett Public Library Celebrates DOCTOR WHO with a come-and-go craft and costume program in the Rowlett Public Library Meeting Room on Saturday, August 30^th from 2-4 pm. There will be games, prizes, and you can get your picture taken with some of our special guests! Event is free and open to the public.
