ROCKWALL/HEATH, TX (September 2, 2014) In celebration of the new school year, Nebbie Williams Elementary PTA recently hosted its annual Picnic in the Park at Shores Park. Families brought their own dinner and enjoyed snow cones for dessert, provided by the PTA.
