Rockwall County Clerk leads document restoration project


ROCKWALL COUNTY, TX (September 11, 2014) Rockwall County Clerk Shelli Miller received five pallets of restored documents yesterday at the Rockwall County Courthouse. The new books are fireproof and waterproof and will help ensure that the heritage of the county is preserved. Miller has been heading up efforts to restore and repair thousands of documents dating back to the late 1800’s.
