ROCKWALL COUNTY, TX (October 23, 2014) On Thursday, Nov. 13, the Rockwall County Newcomers and Friends Club will welcome Kathleen Cunningham, speaker, reviewer and professional dancer, who will present a program on Fred Astaire and his sister, Adele.
The program begins at 10 a.m. at Occasions at Stone River in Royce City.
