ROCKWALL, TX (Dec. 1, 2014) Rest Haven is again providing a special way for families to honor the memory of their loved ones this holiday season. Beginning Monday, December 1st, Angel Wing Remembrance Trees will be placed at each of the three Rest Haven Funeral Homes in Rockwall, Rowlett, and Royse City. The community is invited to stop by any Rest Haven location to personalize a picture frame ornament with either a small picture or special written memory of their “remembered angel,” and place it on the tree.
“The holidays can be especially difficult for anyone who has lost a loved one, and we understand that.” said Dewayne Cain, President and Founder of Rest Haven Funeral Homes. “Finding special ways to remember the people we miss so much not only honors their life, but helps connect us with comforting memories,” Cain said.
The trees will be displayed throughout the month of December. In January, the ornaments will be available for families to pick up at the Rockwall chapel to keep as a gift from Rest Haven.
