ROCKWALL, TX (Feb. 9, 2015) The Rockwall-Heath High School Junior Varsity Starstepper Drill Team competed February 7, 2014 at the American Dance and Drill Team North Texas Regionals Contest. The Starsteppers swept their division winning Best In Class Junior Varsity Team. They also won Judges’ Awards for their pom, kick and jazz routines, along with the Gussie Nell Davis Award of Excellence. The Starsteppers were given awards for Best Overall Choreography, Precision, Presentation and Technique as well.
The Starsteppers tied for 6th place over all against over 45 varsity, varsity elite, junior varsity, elementary and private dance teams.
Congratulations Starsteppers for making Heath and Rockwall ISD proud!
