City of Fate partners to attract new retail and restaurant development

FATE, TX (March 10, 2015) The City of Fate, Texas today announced that it will work with analytics firm Buxton to attract new retail and restaurant development. Buxton’s household-level customer analytics will identify retail and restaurant companies that seek customers who match the profile of Fate shoppers and quantify retail development potential in the rapidly growing community.

Additionally, city leaders will use Buxton’s proprietary web-based real estate platform SCOUT® to analyze retail matches and provide market intelligence to existing local businesses. SCOUT® reporting features will be used to present a convincing case to retailers seeking growth opportunities.
