Rockwall Urgent Care celebrates five years of treating patients, serving community

(ROCKWALL, TX – March 31, 2015) April 2015 marks Rockwall Urgent Care’s 5^th anniversary. Since the clinic opened in 2010, the staff has treated tens of thousands of satisfied patients and offered caring follow-up—all while being active in the communities of Rockwall, Heath, Royse City and Fate.

Highlights of the past five years:

• April 2010 ~ Open for business.
• May 2010 ~ Installation of Opal-RAD PACS and advanced digital x-ray, which offer state-of-the-art technology.
• August 2010 ~ Congressman Ralph Hall stopped by for our Rockwall Chamber ribbon cutting and open house.
• August 2010 ~ Offered first annual football schedule magnets for Rockwall, Rockwall-Heath and Royse City High Schools.
• April 2011 ~ First free sports physicals clinic.
• January 2014 ~ RUC launches philanthropic program to support local non-profit groups.
• August 2014 ~ Voted Best Urgent Care in Rockwall by the readers of Living Magazine.
• March 2015 ~ RUC treats patient #50,000.

“First of all, it’s hard to believe we’ve been open five years already. We’re grateful for the support of folks in this area. Our goal is 100% patient satisfaction,” said Dr. Scott Pierce, Rockwall Urgent Care’s Medical Director. “Second, we’re not content to simply open our doors for business. We like to participate in events in the Lake Ray Hubbard community and give back whenever possible. In 2014, we began a program of intentionally supporting local non-profits—a different one each month.”

To mark its 5^th anniversary, Rockwall Urgent Care is celebrating its wonderful patients, dedicated staff, and valued business and community partners with gifts and treats throughout the month. They will be doing one HUGE GIVEAWAY at the end of the month to top it all off. Stop by the clinic to register or find our booth at Taste of Rockwall/Business Expo on April 16.

Rockwall Urgent Care is open 7 days a week, as follows:

• Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
• Saturday 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
• Sunday 12-6 p.m.

The clinic is conveniently located at 810 E. Ralph Hall Parkway (behind Half Price Books).
