(ROCKWALL, TX – May 11, 2015)
Mayor Jim Pruitt and City Council members David White (Place 1) and Scott Milder (Place 5) were re-elected on Saturday, May 9th to serve an additional two-year term on the Rockwall City Council.
Voters also elected John Hohenshelt to continue serving in Place 2, filling a one-year, unexpired term. In addition, Kevin Fowler was newly elected to City Council in Place 3 to serve a two-year term. Eight (8) ballot propositions were also approved by voters during Saturday’s election, thereby modifying certain language to the City’s Charter.
Newly elected City Council members will take the Oath of Office on Monday, June 1st.
