Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Rockwall earns ‘A’ for safety

(ROCKWALL, TX – May 7, 2015) Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Rockwall has once again been awarded an “A” Hospital Safety Score by The Leapfrog Group.

Perhaps even more impressive – Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Rockwall has earned an “A” rating every grading period since 2012 (twice a year).

The Hospital Safety Score issues A, B, C, D or F grades to all U.S. hospitals based on how safe they are for patients. During the Spring 2015 grading period, the publicly available data showed that Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Rockwall had patient safety procedures in place that exceeded the standards of other medical institutions.
