(ROCKWALL, TX – September 28, 2015) The Jones Elementary 1st and 2nd grade students enjoyed a field trip to the Rockwall County Library on Friday, September 25th to see award-winning author Grace Lin. She discussed how a book is published and emphasized the importance of the writing process to the students.
The students were able to see Ms. Lin’s personal idea book, writing drafts, drawings, and finished products. This trip was made possible by the Rockwall County Library and Friends of the Rockwall County Library.
