(ROCKWALL, TX – October 20, 2015) Rockwall Breakfast Rotary will host a pancake breakfast fundraising event from 8 to 10 a.m. this Saturday, October 24 at Applebee’s in Rockwall. The cost is $8 and includes all-you-can-eat pancakes, sausage and drink.
All proceeds go to the Breakfast Rotary’s Coats for Kids event, November 7. Last year, the club gave almost 300 coats to underprivileged elementary school kids and this year they are looking to provide 350 for these children. The club will partner with Rockwall ISD and Old Navy and families will bring their kids and receive their coats.
RISD is establishing a voucher system for each of the kids. When they bring their voucher that morning, they get to pick their coat.
