Community invited to caravan, send off Rockwall Yellowjackets for regional championship

(ROCKWALL, TX – Nov. 24, 2015) The Rockwall Jacket Backers are honored to help support our defending, back-to-back District, Bi-District, and Area Champions Rockwall High School Yellowjackets football team to Waco on Friday, November 27.

The Yellowjackets take on the Lions from Spring High School for the 11-6A D2/R2 regional championship. Friday’s forecast calls for cold and rainy, so dress warm…and WEAR ORANGE.  We want to Orange Out the Lions!

Football Send-Off & Caravan Details:

• 1:15 pm: The Jacket Nation meets at the RHS circle (please park in the student parking lot) to send them off for their playoff battle at Waco ISD Stadium. Please WEAR ORANGE, bring posters, noise makers, flags, etc. to the send-off.
• 1:45 pm: Team buses leave for Waco.
• 2:15 pm: The Jacket Nation caravan leaves for Waco. Please have your cars gassed, decorated & ready to roll.
• The trip is approximately 2 hours
• 5:00 pm: The Jacket Nation will meet-up for dinner at Don Carlos’ Mexican Restaurant at 4651 Interstate 35 Frontage Rd, Waco, TX 76705
• 7:30 pm: Kick-off Rockwall vs Spring

Tickets: $8-$10 at gate
