Realtor Jerry Welch recognized as Rockwall Chamber’s Ambassador of the Month

(ROCKWALL, TX – Dec. 12, 2015) The Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce recently recognized Jerry Welch as its Ambassador of the Month.

Ambassadors help welcome and serve our new Chamber Partners. They are measured on a point system based on the activity that they generate helping our members become involved and engaged. In addition to working directly with their assigned Partners, they volunteer hours and gain points for attending and assisting with Chamber events. The top point earner is determined at the end of each month, and then honored the following month.

Jerry Welch is a full time Realtor with Ebby Halliday, Rockwall. He and his wife, Nicki, moved to Rockwall in 2013 from Plano to be closer to their grandkids. Jerry has a professional background, retiring from the telecommunication field after 33 years. There he sold, managed, and negotiated multi-million dollar contracts. Coming from a field that requires immediate response and action, he continues to be passionate about the level of professionalism and customer service he provides his real estate clients.

Jerry continues to go above and beyond the required continual education. To date he has earned and/or achieved seven different certifications and designations. He is very active in the community and on several boards and citizen committees in and around Rockwall. He and his wife attend Lake Pointe Church in Rockwall, where they are active in their Life Group. He is currently in the 2016 Class of Leadership Rockwall. In the little spare time he has, he enjoys reading, playing with grandkids and an occasional round of golf.
