(HEATH, TX – Jan. 11, 2016) Momentum continues to build for Republican Lorne Liechty as he earns another key endorsement for his campaign for Texas House, District 33. Joining the growing list of supporters is former Republican State Senator Dr. Bob Deuell.
“To keep Texas thriving we cannot let our state government make the same mistakes as our national leaders in Washington D.C.,” said Dr. Deuell. “We must provide our children and grandchildren with the same opportunities we’ve enjoyed. This requires electing smart and principled conservatives like Lorne Liechty.”
The endorsement by Dr. Deuell comes just after Life PAC announced their support of Liechty. Life PAC is the political arm of Texans for Life, led by pro-life advocate Kyleen Wright.
Liechty is the only candidate to receive a broad range of support from elected officials and influential conservatives from across the district. His growing endorsement list of district wide leaders includes 12 current and former Mayors, a former County Judge, a County Commissioner, and numerous current and former City Councilmembers and School Board Trustees. Lorne is also endorsed by Concerned Women For America LAC, Texas Bankers Association and NFL Hall of Fame member and Texas businessman Roger Staubach.
