(ROCKWALL, TX – Jan. 25, 2016)In 2015, Steve and Barbara Jackson, Toyota of Rockwall owners, presented $5,000 to four lucky non-profit organizations. Half of the donation is made by Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. as part of Toyota’s Matching grant program.
Because of this grant program over the last five years, community organizations have been the beneficiary of $100,000 in grant funds.
Toyota of Rockwall opened the first ever GOLD LEED dealership on the planet in 2008 and has consistently given back to the community since that time.
The Jacksons have a strong presence in the community through their support of local schools and organizations.
In addition to these grants and other donations, you might have spotted the six Toyotas that are being driven by the 2015 Teachers of the Year from Rockwall ISD, Royse City ISD, and Forney ISD.
The Blue Ribbon News print edition is delivered free to more than 18,000 homes throughout Rockwall and Heath.
