(ROCKWALL, TX – Feb. 18, 2016) Alexis Purcell, a sixth grader from Pullen Elementary, was recognized today by the Rockwall Noon Rotary Club as a Rotary Student of Honor. She was presented with the award during a luncheon program at Rotary Hall.
Pullen Principal Ja’Neice Chambers spoke about Lexi’s outstanding accomplishments, and how she is truly a servant leader at a very early age. She explained that Lexie’s main passion is KPAWS, the school’s morning broadcast service.
“She is the glue behind the scenes,” Chambers said. “She pulls it all together, handles last minute requests, and does it all with a smile.”
Pullen Elementary School is proud and excited to have Lexi selected for this honor.
