(ROCKWALL/HEATH, TX – March 9, 2016) Local conservative Mayor Lorne Liechty today announced his endorsement of Justin Holland for Texas House of Representatives, District 33, the area covering portions of Collin County and all of Rockwall County.

Holland and Liechty had previously competed in the Republican Primary for the House seat with Holland advancing to the runoff. Liechty’s big endorsement puts Holland’s combined vote total at 62%, a commanding lead going into the runoff. The runoff election is May 24.

“I’m proud to endorse conservative Justin Holland in the runoff election,” said Liechty. “I’ve gotten to know him well and I trust Justin to defend our liberties, cut government overreach, create good jobs, and end sanctuary cities to keep our neighborhoods safe and strong.”

“I am honored to have earned Lorne’s endorsement,” said Holland. “He is a strong conservative and local leader who has had a meaningful impact on our community. His support is a great leap forward for our campaign.”

A strong Christian and successful businessman, Justin Holland has run a positive conservative campaign based on cutting government overreach and securing the border from the threat of illegal immigration and radical Islamic terrorism. Holland is 100% pro-life with a perfect “AQ” rating from the NRA.

Holland co-owns and leads the largest and oldest independent real estate agency in the area, with almost 40 agents. He is also the former Mayor Pro-Tem of Heath and currently serving his third term on the Heath City Council. Justin and his wife, Neely, have been married for seven years and have two daughters Wiley Beth and Emma Cullins. They are active members of Lake Pointe Church.

The runoff election will take place on May 24th with early voting occurring from May 16th to May 20th. For more information on Justin Holland’s platform and values, please visit JustinHolland.org or keep up with the campaign at Facebook.com/JH4TX.
