Stacy Maynard re-joins Rockwall Chamber as Marketing Manager

(ROCKWALL, TX – March 21, 2016) The Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center, the community’s largest membership based organization focusing on economic development, tourism, and quality of living, announced today the return of Stacy Maynard as the Marketing Manager within the Marketing and Communications Department.

Maynard originally joined the Chamber in May of 2014 as Communications Specialist. In her new role she will be directing and executing the extensive marketing, communications and event promotion efforts shedding a brighter light in building the partner benefits and values of the Chamber.

“This is Stacy’s second tour of duty with us and we are thrilled to have her back; she is results-oriented and highly collaborative, which makes her a strong fit to our team,” said Dana K. Macalik, President. “Stacy brings a wealth of experience coordinating and directing marketing programs and projects. The Chamber plans to apply later this year with the US Chamber of Commerce towards national Chamber Accreditation and Stacy’s experience with the Plano Chamber will be most welcomed.”

“I am thrilled to be back at the Rockwall Area Chamber,” Maynard said. “I have the unique perspective of having worked on the Accreditation program with the Plano Chamber as part of a Service Learning program at Collin College, so I know firsthand what will be expected for our recognition. I am looking forward to working again in the community and to continue making everyday extraordinary for business while maintaining the hometown feel.”

Stacy has supported corporate business operations since 1997, where she has been responsible for marketing, communications and community-wide event planning. An Air Force veteran, Stacy has Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and recently completed both a Marketing degree and a Certificate in Business Management at Collin College.
