Women In Need presents the opening of My Sister’s Closet Rockwall

(ROCKWALL, TX – March 7, 2016) Women In Need (WIN) is excited to announce the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting for My Sister’s Closet, Rockwall. Store hours will be Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM. The public is invited to come out and help celebrate the Ribbon cutting –it will be Tuesday, March 8^th at 1:20pm.

WIN is a local nonprofit domestic violence agency that provides services to victims of domestic, dating and intimate partner violence free of charge. WIN is proud to bring My Sister’s Closet to Rockwall, adding to their existing locations in Greenville, Quinlan and Commerce. My Sister’s Closet- Rockwall will offer high end resale items at a fraction of what you would pay in department stores.

As of August 2015, WIN has been providing domestic violence services out of the Soroptimist House (aka The Advocacy Center of Rockwall County). As the year progresses, the Advocacy Center of Rockwall County will not only be home for domestic, dating and intimate partner violence victims but it will also be home to the Children’s Advocacy Center of Rockwall County.

Whether you shop at My Sister’s Closet or donate to My Sister’s closet you are helping provide a free service to a victim of domestic, dating and intimate partner violence.

Please donate gently used clothing and household items and in return receive a tax deduction form.
