Meals on Wheels Tin Cup Golf Tournament May 13

(ROCKWALL, TX – April 8, 2016) Meals on Wheels Senior Services of Rockwall County will host its 2016 Tin Cup Golf Tournament on Friday, May 13 at Buffalo Creek Golf Club, 624 Country Club Drive.

The event will begin with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. Sponsorships are available.

The mission of Meals on Wheels is to keep the elderly and disabled citizens of Rockwall County living in their homes as long as safely possible through supportive services, nutritious meals, and daily human contact. Meals on Wheels encourages you to help them provide the highest quality senior services and play a round at one of the best courses in North Texas at the same time. Over 100 volunteers deliver 55,000 meals each year in Rockwall, Heath, Royse City, Fate and McLendon-Chisholm. MOWSS also assists with finding resources, information and referral, benefits counseling, caregiver support, emergency management and more.
