(ROYSE CITY, TX — April 12, 2016) The Royse City ISD Board of Trustees named Adi Bryant as the district’s new Chief Communication Officer to replace Jo Nell Mellody, who after 30-years, is retiring at the end of the 2015-16 school year.
Adi Bryant will join the school district on July 11, 2016 and comes from Red Oak ISD, where she serves as the executive director of communications. She has 9 years of experience in school communications, beginning at Rockwall ISD in 2007 as communications intern. She has served in all areas of school communications and has worked alongside other district education foundations. Adi will also serve as executive director of the Royse City ISD Education Foundation.
“We are extremely excited to have Adi join our Royse City ISD family as our new chief communication officer,” said Superintendent Kevin Worthy. “With over 60 applicants for the position, it was evident that with her experience she would be a great addition to our team. We look forward to having Adi tell our story about the great things happening at Royse City ISD.”
Royse City ISD welcomes Adi Bryant as a member of its leadership team and looks forward to growing the school district with her valuable experiences.
