(ROCKWALL, TX—May 16, 2016) Howard Dobbs Elementary hosted their first annual Leadership Night to showcase the leadership skills that they have been practicing under the Leader in Me model.
Students from all grade-levels came together to showcase the 7 Stephen Covey habits and teach their parents and visitors what being a Leader in Me campus is all about.
From the choir to the littlest Jackets, all students played a part in Leadership Night. Under the direction of Heather Neighbors, 1st grade teacher, Leadership Night was a huge success and 100% student led, from check-in, introductions, sending parents into groups and teaching about the habits. Dobbs Lil’ Jackets look forward to the next Leadership Night where they can showcase what being a Leader In Me campus is all about!
