(ROCKWALL, TX—May 10) Kevin Renner, Rockwall resident and education manager at Universal Technical Institute’s (UTI) Dallas campus, was recently selected as one of 14 new UTI instructors across the nation to serve on the Association for Career & Technical Training Education’s (ACTE) new pilot program. As part of the program, instructors will share input through webinars, upcoming surveys and participation at ACTE’s CareerTech VISION 2016 to help ACTE identify emerging issues specific to ACTE organizational members; professional development needs for the ACTE member community; and benefits and services for ACTE members.
The 14 chosen instructors represent a diverse mix of career and technical education (CTE) expertise from curriculum development specialists and training managers to in-classroom instructors.
