(ROCKWALL, TX – June 7, 2016) The 2016 Rockwall Country Fair held on Saturday, June 4th was a huge success with old-fashioned carnival games, continuous live music, a car show, and Kid Zone activities including a petting zoo, mechanical bull and zip line. Proceeds from the event will support the ongoing projects of the Rockwall Soroptimist to help women and children.
During the fair, the Rockwall Soroptimist presented Rockwall County District Attorney Kenda Culpepper with a $27,250 check for the new Children’s Advocacy Center of Rockwall County.
Blue Ribbon News reporter Julie Anne White and student intern/videographer Blake Macaluso were on hand to capture the fun.
