(ROCKWALL, TX – July 7, 2016) The Terry Fisher American Legion Post #117 continued their tradition of displaying flags in Rockwall to celebrate the 4th of July. This year 75 flags were placed around the historic courthouse and along North Alamo Drive on the Downtown Square; another 22 flags were set up at the entrance to the new county courthouse to honor our country’s past and to pass traditions on to future generations.
Members of the American Legion including Post Commander Mike Donegan and Vice Commander Chris Lynch were assisted by Boy Scout Troop 989.
