(HEATH, TX — Oct. 11, 2016) McKenzie is the daughter of Michael and Lorie Morgan, and sister of Hunter and Marissa Morgan. McKenzie has received the NCA All American Cheerleader Award for 2014 and has been nominated all four years. Voted by her cheer team, McKenzie has received the awards of “Best Attitude”, “Miss 100%”, and “Most Community Service Hours” throughout her high school cheer career. McKenzie stays involved in school as a member of The National Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta. Throughout McKenzie’s academic career, she has achieved many awards such as the Academic Booster Club Lantern of Knowledge and Chevron Award. McKenzie participates in many programs such as FCCLA to help the community and enjoys volunteering at various charitable events. While Christianity plays a major role in her life, McKenzie is a member of Lake Point Church and attends bible studies to strengthen her relationship with Jesus Christ. After graduation, McKenzie plans on attending either Baylor University or Southern Methodist University where she hopes to obtain a business degree.
