(HEATH, TX — Nov. 1, 2016) Hana is a flyer on the Rockwall Heath High School Hawk’s competitive cheer team. She is the daughter of Stanton and Melita Pechal and sibling to Brian Pechal. Hana has always been involved in sports. As a youth, Hana participated in cheer, softball, and gymnastics in elementary and middle school. She was a member of the Cain Gymnastics Team. Hana has been a cheerleader for Rockwall Heath High School since ninth grade. She received the flyer award her freshman year and was named NCA All-American Cheerleader Award this year. Hana is a member of DECA and FCCLA. Outside of school, she has cheered with the competitive cheer teams, United Elite, EC Athletics, and is currently a Level 6 flyer for Cheer Athletics. Hana is a member of Lake Pointe Church. She has participated in many mission trips across the U.S. and served by fundraising and helping with VBS throughout middle school and high school. Hana has spent her summer volunteering for VBS, practicing at Cheer Athletics, and working at Buffalo Wild Wings. In the fall, Hana hopes to become part of cheer team at Texas State University, Oklahoma State University, or Louisiana State University.
